Az NKFI célja, hogy a programnak köszönhetően növekedjen az innovatív vállalkozások házon belüli termék-, technológia- és szolgáltatásfejlesztési tevékenysége, és ezáltal az export- vagy piacképes új termékek, szolgáltatások és technológiák fejlesztése, és fokozódjon a vállalati KFI-aktivitás.
Az NKFI pályázatára a Fővárosi Vízművek és a Geometria konzorciumi együttműködési formában nyújtott be pályázatot „Víziközmű-üzemeltetési folyamatok tervezésének és irányításának támogatása intelligens informatikai megoldással” témában. Az NKFI és a konzorciumi tagok 2018 decemberében írták alá a támogatói szerződést. A kétévesre tervezett projekt 2019 januárjában indult, és 2020 végére fejeződik be.
A Fővárosi Vízműveknél elindított informatikai fejlesztés célja, hogy olyan innovatív megoldások szülessenek, melyek segítségével a közművállalatok, így a víziközmű- szolgáltatók is meg tudnak felelni az őket folyamatos alkalmazkodásra késztető üzleti, fogyasztói és üzemeltetői kihívásoknak.
A Fővárosi Vízművek üzemeltetési folyamatai informatikai támogatásának továbbfejlesztése során egy, az információvezérelt eszközgazdálkodás alapelveire épülő, zárt folyamatokban működő munkairányítási rendszer fejlesztése és tesztelése valósul meg.
A rendszer a hálózati és létesítményi eszközök aktuális állapot-, környezeti és meghibásodási adatain alapuló, fejlett kiértékelő algoritmusok támogatásával kidolgozott karbantartási terveknek megfelelően automatikusan figyelemmel kíséri a műszaki berendezések karbantartási munkálatait.
Az elvégzett munkák lezárását követően lehetőség nyílik a kiértékelésre: a digitális érzékelők segítségével megvalósítható automatikus adatgyűjtés és elemzés növeli az üzletmenet folytonosságát.
Az előzőekben ismertetett megoldás kifejlesztésével a Fővárosi Vízművek
- képes lesz a működésében rejlő tartalékok feltárására, így biztosítani tudja az új környezeti kihívásokhoz alkalmazkodó, fenntartható működést,
- az eszközállománnyal való hatékonyabb gazdálkodás nemzetgazdasági szinten is érzékelhetően hozzájárul a környezeti és természeti erőforrások fenntartható használatához,
- az innováció más közműágazatokban is hasznosítható és az exportpiacokon is eladható terméket eredményez.
A munkairányítási rendszer a fejlesztés által képessé válik arra, hogy a karbantartási munkák létrehozásától azok elszámolásáig egységes, automatizált, zárt rendszeren belül kezelje a Fővárosi Vízművek hálózati és létesítményi eszközein elvégzett karbantartási tevékenységeket.
Lehetővé válik a feladatok létrehozása és kiadása mobileszközökre, majd az onnan érkező visszajelentések alapján azok elszámolása a vállalatirányítási rendszer (SAP) felé. Az innováció révén a karbantartási folyamat zárttá tétele és automatizált megoldásokkal történő támogatása a cél. A karbantartási munkák automatikus létrehozása során a hálózatról és létesítményekről összegyűjtött állapotadatok, környezeti adatok, meghibásodási adatok, IoT (Internet of Things) eszközökből érkező diagnosztikai adatok és a rendszeres karbantartásra vonatkozó előírások alapján egy fejlett algoritmusokat alkalmazó szoftvermotor karbantartási tervet készít.
A Fővárosi Vízművek 2011 óta foglalkozik hálózatmenedzsment keretén belül nyomásövezeti zónák körzetesítésével. Kezdetben az alzónák fizikai kiépítése, majd a nyomásérzékelők által gyűjtött adatok elhelyezése, feldolgozása jelentette a feladatot. A körzetesítésnél a DMA (District Meter Area) szondák használata lehetővé teszi adott vízcsőhálózat elkülöníthető részekre bontását. A ki- és betáp pontokra szondákat telepítenek, az így leválasztott DMA nyomás- és átfolyás-értékek folyamatosan figyelhetőek, ami alapján meghatározható a körzet fogyasztása. A szondák adatát egy adatgyűjtő és egy GSM alapú távadó rögzíti és küldi a központi adatbázisnak.
A technológiai fejlődéssel a GSM alapú adatgyűjtést megbízhatóbb, nagy sebességű, kifejezetten e célra fejlesztett megoldás váltja fel, melyet a jelenleg futó fejlesztés is támogat. Ehhez az érzékelő szondák és az általuk gyűjtött adatok továbbítására szolgáló hálózati elemek cseréje is szükséges, a megfelelő menedzsment- és folyamatirányító rendszerek bevezetése mellett.
A projekt során a szivattyúközpontokban található berendezéseken elhelyezett diagnosztikai szenzorok rögzítik a hang- és rezgésadatokat . Az összegyűjtött adatok továbbítására egy kimondottan erre a célra létrehozott IoT adatátviteli csatorna és routerek szolgálnak. A beérkező adatok elemzésével következtetni lehet az eszközök várható meghibásodására, ami elősegíti a karbantartási tervük pontosítását. A kiértékelő motor által készített tervben az egyes műszaki objektumok és az azokon egy-egy időszakban elvégzendő karbantartási feladatok szerepelnek. A feladatokból a rendszer karbantartási munkákat állít elő, a feladattípus szerinti normabesorolással, tehát meghatározza a munkavégzéshez szükséges erőforrásokat, úgymint anyag- és eszközigény, szerelőcsapat és tagjainak képesítése, várható munkavégzési idő. Az innováció nemcsak az Fővárosi Vízműveknél, hanem a víziközmű-ágazat más szolgáltatóinál is bevezethető. A termék kialakítása lehetővé teszi, hogy más iparágban működő közműszolgáltatók (villamosipar, gázipar, távhőipar) is alkalmazzák.
A projektben egy új, a gyakorlatban is hasznosítható szellemi alkotás, új termék jön létre, melynek piaci bevezetése mellett hazai fórumokon történő bemutatása is szerepel a tervek között.
